Submitting an application, résumé/CV, talent profile or other information does not guarantee:
- an interview;
- selection;
- placement;
- employment;
- an assignment;
- deployment;
- inclusion on a client shortlist; or
- future consideration.
Opportunities may be modified, suspended, filled or withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
Some opportunities advertised or communicated through HRG may be with HRG, with an HRG client or partner, or in connection with a client programme or project. The applicable employment or contractual relationship will be explained during the recruitment and contracting process.
5. No Recruitment Fees
HRG does not charge candidates or workers recruitment, selection or placement fees in exchange for access to employment or assignment opportunities.
You should not make a payment to an individual claiming that payment is required to secure an HRG interview, job, contract or deployment.
If you receive a suspicious request for payment or communication purporting to be from HRG, please contact us through the official contact information published on this Site.
Third-party costs that may legitimately arise in connection with travel, government documentation or other processes will be handled or communicated in accordance with the applicable engagement, client requirements and HRG procedures. Such costs should never be represented as payment for obtaining a job.
6. Candidate and Talent Network Information
When you submit information through an application, talent-network registration or recruitment process, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and, to the best of your knowledge, complete.
You are responsible for keeping relevant information reasonably current.
HRG may use information submitted through our recruitment processes to evaluate qualifications, communicate about opportunities, conduct appropriate verification and support recruitment, contracting and mobilisation activities.

Submitting information to HRG does not create an employment, agency, partnership, consulting or contractual relationship between you and HRG.
7. Qualifications, References and Verification
For opportunities requiring professional qualifications, licences, security clearances, work authorisation, references, education, employment history or other credentials, HRG may require verification before appointment or deployment.
Candidates and users must not knowingly submit:
- falsified qualifications;
- altered credentials;
- fabricated employment history;
- fraudulent identity documentation;
- false references; or
- other materially misleading information.
HRG may discontinue a recruitment or engagement process if information is materially inaccurate or cannot be appropriately verified, subject to applicable law.
8. Learning and Training Resources
HRG may provide or facilitate access to learning, orientation, compliance, safeguarding, security, professional-development or deployment-readiness resources.
Completion of a course, assessment or learning activity does not, by itself, guarantee employment, deployment or assignment.
Certain assignments may require completion of specified training before deployment or continued engagement.
Where HRG links to training offered by an independent organisation or learning provider, that provider’s own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
9. User Accounts and Portals
Certain HRG services may eventually require an account or secure login.
If you create or receive account credentials, you are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
